I've forgotten my password. What can I do?
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page and follow the instructions provided.
What if I do not have a username or a password?
- Reach out to your designated GP contact to create a personalized account for you.
What if my account requires Two Factor Authentication?
- You will be prompted to enter your One Time Passcode after you login normally. If you have an account and have not set up your PingID access go to KochID.com and register your business partner account.
